It is a superior hotel with superfriendly and outstandingly accommodating staff. The property is in the very central location in the worst neighborhood-run away. When I am in San Francisco, I like staying here.

Well-equipped place, I greatly enjoyed very helpful personnel.

The room I booked was updated and clean and available with good view. Central location was a plus. Moreover, it was 2 km from a libeskind-designed cultural center.

I was given well-kept and well decorated room with a comfortable bed. The hotel had comfy location really close to the Tenderloin, right in the middle of unsavory activities and being very close to Union Square and easily accessible outlets.

I stayed here before, always tastefully decorated and brand-new rooms with windows to backyard. The hotel was in a central location very close to the center.
